All items will sell to the highest bidder. The final bidder is required to pay for the purchase regardless of its faults. Everything will sell for cash, certified check, company or personal check when accompanied by a bank letter of credit guaranteeing payment on demand for total purchases over $1500.00. NO CREDIT CARDS! Purchases must be paid for on the day of sale. All purchases to be paid in U.S. Funds.*A 5% buyers premium will be charged on all items purchased at the auction. All items are the purchaser’s responsibility once the auctioneer says “sold”. Nothing removed until settled for. Buyer is responsible for any and all sales or use tax liability on all items purchased. Not responsible for accidents or theft. Terms and Conditions of Real Estate Auction: The property will sell in its present existing condition with all faults and without warranties provided by the seller or REALTOR/Auctioneers whatsoever. The property will sell for cash. $3,000 or 10% of the contract price (whichever is greater) down the day of auction with the remainder due upon delivery of the deed and marketable title.
